how to pack a meal?
Why do containers mimic the shape of food? Or does the content adapt to the outer form?
A collection of tupperware explores this idea and juxtaposes the content to the recipient.
An overview of the food containers can be found on the unfolded back of the book cover.

soft extensions. as a soft extension of our rigid world, the pillow provides
relief whenever the need for comfort arises. As a coping tool, it can be carried discreetly in the sleeve.
Drawing on the insights bell hooks shares in her book all about love(link), our society
is based on patriarchy,
materialism, and fear, where love is often suppressed and redefined. I want to imagine a
world where softness becomes the measure of all things!
touchy type.
Typography in use. It comes in sharp edges and light smell. Inspired by a found anthology of songs about TV
soaps,
I created a soap that changes shape with each use. The sopas are accompanied by a towel, whose print
is constructed and inspired by phonetic symbols depicting sound.

is an experimental method of archiving the digital collection of the Whitney Museum of American Art, New
York.
The works are arranged from the darkest to the lightest to create a gradient. By utilizing the book's
properties to express this idea,
the loose binding, with its interfolded pages, allows for a continuous flow of the gradient. This approach
transforms the diverse
artworks of the archive into a unified whole, enabling them to tell a new story through their sequence and
juxtaposition.
Details of each artwork become secondary and are hidden within the folded pages.

a soft approximation to the ordinary German culture through the perspective of a German. After a visual
investigation of German culture (link)it‘s aesthetics was made accessible through souvenirs: a range of napkins
with meat prints, postcards of special parts form the german Autobahn and tablecloth fixations in the shape
of pickles and hardboiled eggs.
soft encyclopedia.(http://soft-encyclopedia.net) explores the
web’s intrinsic network nature as a narrative
tool. By claiming hypertext’s non-sequential and non-linear structures as an antidote to an alienating, heroic,
and causal mode of reasoning dominating Western perception and belief system, soft encyclopedia enables
connections between links that initially seemed distant. It fosters associations and opens up new perspectives,
constantly (re)linking and (re)shaping truths. As a different kind of narrative, as a container “[...] holding
things in a particular, powerful relation to one another and to us.”(link)Conceived as the dawn of a new world
order by its creators, the web arises from the same systematic essence inherent to the fabric of existence—as
a network of connections and interdependencies.
These thoughts are made tangible through an installation centered around a hypertext document, where words
evolve into a poem, a story, a lore, a spell, a ritual. Composed by the user’s navigation between hyperlinks,
the document’s URL becomes the carrier of the narrative. Read my ba thesis(here).
The work was displayed as part of the exhibition fluid bodies on nonlinear underscores at K-LAB in Mainz and was
also included
in the BAMA exhibition at Mainz University of Applied Sciences.
